
Bill Koepke provides the main personal training at the gym. However, additional training services are being implemented in order to meet the demands of our growing membership. Both adults and teens can receive services throughout the week amidst our formal classes, community partner events, and general hours of operation.
If you are nervous about investigating being coached by Bill, here are his own words that describe his approach:
“As the “husky” kid to quote my Nana I grew up with all kinds of negative comments about my body, eating habits, and how I should be exercising to lose weight…at any cost. A person can do some crazy diets for short periods of time to lose weight, and then we congratulate them for it…
No wonder so many of us struggle with food and movement.
Some of my coaching is obviously different from the industry norm. Some things are more subtle and designed to help a person find their inner strength from just being in a fun and supportive environment.
Exercise doesn’t have to be a chore.
You don’t have to buy supplements or take the weird powders your current gym is pushing to be healthy.
I will never tell you to go on a diet or “move more and eat less.”
(I may share a squirrel recipe though)
